Returns Policy
1. Returns Eligibility:
- We accept returns within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Damaged or Defective Items:
- I the rare case you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at info@lowimpactkinetics.ca within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Any alterations, damage, or unsealing of packaging prior to return request is subsequently subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless damage is cause by shipping company.
- We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover any shipping costs associated with the return.
3. Restocking Fee:
- For returns that are not due to damage or defect, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied.
- This fee covers the cost of restocking the item and processing the return.
4. Return Procedure:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@lowimpactkinetics.ca
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
5. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged,defective or item.
- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
6. Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 3 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Exceptions:
- Certain items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.
8. Cancellation of Orders:
- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Orders are Generally shipped Wednesday to Saturday Before 2pm Eastern.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
